This product is only suitable for food packaging non-food contact surface printing, suitable for food packaging (including pharmaceutical and hygiene products packaging).

The oven temperature is 50-65 ℃, the drying temperature depends on the printing speed, the drying ability of the printing equipment and the overprint control ability
Attention Points
1. The curing agent is recommended to use 1.0-1.5kg ENU-09 curing agent supporting 18kg END-62 PET wear-resistant matte oil;
2. Ethyl ester open dilute to 14-16 seconds printing, after 24 hours of curing, temperature resistance and scratch resistance, adhesion to achieve the best state;
3. In case of orders without printing white ink backing, test experiments should be done to pay attention to the sticking return effect. It is recommended to reduce the curing agent to 1KG/barrel ratio test and do a good job in process control to prevent sticking return risk;
4. Customers before use, please try to ensure that the product is resistant to grease (fingerprint), scratch resistance, temperature resistance is in line with the demand, not blind mass production;
5. After printing the matte oil, the printing plate should be cleaned immediately and maintained to prevent the remaining matte oil from solidifying in the printing plate, resulting in the risk that the printing plate cannot be used.
Old ink handling
It is not recommended to store the old ink after adding curing agent. It is recommended to start curing at normal temperature for 3-5 days. It is recommended to add polyurethane integrated composite ink and consume it. The compatibility test must be carried out before the old ink is treated. The treatment amount should be less than 10%. It is best to treat it in the inner ink. Dry compounding is appropriate. Solvent-free compounding has the risk of compound white spots.

Please close the ink tightly sealed in the container and stored in a dark and ventilated place, the temperature should not be higher than 40 ℃, avoid light, so as not to affect the use of the product. In view of the above conditions, it is recommended to store for a period of 1 year.
