This product is only suitable for food packaging non-food contact surface printing, suitable for food packaging (including pharmaceutical and hygiene products packaging).
This product does not contain toluene, xylene, methyl ethyl ketone, butyl ester and other solvents.
This product does not contain heavy metals, does not contain plasticizers, does not contain fluorescent whitening agents and other prohibited substances.
This product follows the labor safety and health law, please strictly abide by the precautions when using organic solvents.
This product follows the fire law of dangerous goods: the fourth category of the first oil, please pay full attention to the fire and static countermeasures.

Attention Points
1. The curing agent is recommended to use 1.0-1.5KG packaging ENU-09 curing agent supporting 20 kgEND-40 PET matte oil;
2. Ethyl ester open dilute to 14-18 seconds printing, after 24 hours of curing, temperature resistance and scratch resistance, adhesion to achieve the best state;
3. In case of orders without printing white ink backing, test experiments should be done to pay attention to the sticking return effect. It is recommended to reduce the curing agent to 1KG/barrel ratio test and do a good job in process control to prevent sticking return risk;
4. Customers before use, please try to ensure that the product is resistant to grease (fingerprint), scratch resistance, temperature resistance is in line with the demand, not blind mass production;
5. After printing the matte oil, the printing plate should be cleaned immediately and maintained to prevent the remaining matte oil from solidifying in the printing plate, causing the printing plate to be unusable.
Old ink handling
The old ink after adding curing agent is not recommended to be stored. It starts to cure at normal temperature within 3-5 days. It is recommended to add polyurethane integrated composite ink and consume it. The compatibility test must be carried out before the old ink is processed. The processing amount should be less than 10%. It is best to be processed in the inner ink. Dry compounding is appropriate. No solvent compounding has white spot risk.

Please close the ink tightly sealed in the container and stored in a dark and ventilated place, the temperature should not be higher than 40 ℃, avoid light, so as not to affect the use of the product. In view of the above conditions, it is recommended to store for a period of 1 year.
