This product is suitable for the processing of PE, OPP, CPP and other plastic packaging materials printing, such as: general shopping bags, sanitary products and other packaging materials printing.
This product does not contain toluene, xylene, butanone and other non-environmental solvents.
This product does not contain heavy metals, does not contain plasticizers, does not contain fluorescent whitening agents and other prohibited substances.
This product follows the labor safety and health law, please strictly abide by the precautions when using organic solvents.
This product follows the fire law of dangerous goods: the fourth category of the first oil, please pay full attention to the fire and static countermeasures.

Applies:BOPP, PE, CPP films with corona treatment degree up to 38 dynes.
Printing process
New products or structures must be tested and verified before normal mass production can be carried out.
The ink must be stirred well before use.

drying conditions
The oven temperature is 50-65 ℃, the drying temperature depends on the printing speed, the drying ability of the printing machine equipment and the overprint control ability
Old ink handling
The quality inspection must be carried out before the old ink is used, and it can only be used after it is qualified. It is suggested that the old ink should be treated with 10% of the old ink and 90% of the new ink (mass percentage)
Ink dilution
Thinner:
Fast drying: isopropanol: ethyl ester = 50:50
Medium dry: isopropyl alcohol: n-propyl ester = 50:50
Slow drying: isopropanol: n-propyl ester: butyl ester = 50:30:20
Note:If the printing plant can allow the addition of toluene, adding an appropriate amount of toluene can improve the solubility

Cleaning agent:Isopropyl alcohol: ethyl ester = 50:50 mixed solvent
Ink Packaging and Shelf Life

Color ink 18KG/barrel 36 barrels/pallet 48 barrels/pallet
Please close the ink tightly sealed in the container and stored in a dark and ventilated place, the temperature should not be higher than 40 ℃, avoid light, so as not to affect the use of the product. In view of the above conditions, it is recommended to store color ink for 1 year, white ink for 6 months and gold and silver ink for 3 months.
